A modern approach to constructing career guidance models of professions

Abstract
The article presents theoretical substantiation of the method of building models of professions, based on the classification of E.A. Klimov, taking into account the specifics of modern requirements to labor activity, which consists in the need for a specialist to perform labor functions in several related areas of work within one professional group. The article presents a theoretical analysis of career guidance methods for determining the predisposition of a person to the type of professional activity. An addition to E.A. Klimov's classification of professions is proposed and the classification of multicomponent models of professions based on the combination of various professional subtypes with their description is presented. Presented examples of multicomponent models of professions of sociognomic type of professions.
