Determinants of the choice of behavior strategies in the conflict of middle managers

Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical study of managers' choice of a strategy of behavior in conflict, as well as the presence of a link between the level of stress tolerance of a middle manager and the choice of a strategy of behavior in conflict.
