Personality and its role in society development

Abstract

The article examines the essential aspect of moral consciousness and its manifestation in pedagogical activity, its role and significance in the education and training of the future engineer, citizens of our country in the 21st century. Attention is focused on modern aspects of interaction between society and the individual that have arisen in connection with economic, social, organizational and political changes in the country, the emergence of a wide range of problems, the solution of which is directly dependent on the level of moral consciousness of the individual and citizens of society. An attempt was made to socially and philosophically comprehend the fundamentally new situation that has developed in society and the need for a deep knowledge of the real state of the moral consciousness of citizens, the features of its functioning and the development of ways to manage this process, taking into account issues of a technical, socio-psychological nature, high competence of a specialist and increasing his moral consciousness.
