Abstract
The article considers the essence of pedagogical aspect of the issue of forming professional judicial competence during the period of training of military students in the maritime higher educational institution. The synergy determined for knowledge, abilities and skills and also the personal important qualities ensuring forming of professional judicial competence of would-be maritime specialists.
