Organisation of the process of teaching Russian to foreign students: problems and prospects

Abstract
The aim of the research is to find ways to optimise the process of teaching Russian to foreign students by identifying the most acute problems, analysing them and proposing solutions. As a result of this work, the most urgent problems that most teachers face on a regular basis are clustered into three groups: administrative, organisational and communicative (teachers’ interaction among themselves and with students). Each of the problems is studied and described in terms of the reasons for its occurrence and possible solutions.
