Studying phraseological units with a marine theme during training Russian language for foreign cadets

Abstract
This article examines stable combinations of words – phraseological units with a maritime theme, and concludes that the work on their study is effective, since it stimulates the verbal and mental activity of cadets, introduces them to the culture of native speakers of the language being studied, and improves the quality of teaching the Russian language to foreigners.
