Formal and informal mentoring for teachers

Abstract
The article examines the mentoring process for teachers. Examples of formal and informal mentoring, its importance and advantages for both beginning and experienced teachers are given. The emphasis is on informal mentoring through associations, which are the leading direction through which innovative methods, techniques, tools and solutions are introduced into the pedagogical process.
