On the issue of the formation of professionally significant competencies of a university graduate in the aspect of innovative economic development

Abstract
This article presents the authors' point of view on the concept and essence of science through the prism of the public good, shows the role of public goods from the perspective of an integrated approach in the context of achieving the goals of innovative economic development. The authors substantiate the need to take into account the theoretical and applied aspects of the study of public goods in the framework of creating a competence profile of a future university graduate. The existing practices of forming universal competence related to making informed economic decisions in various professional fields, implemented in the process of studying individual disciplines, are analyzed.
