Abstract

In order to make management decisions affecting the interests of participants in educational relations and to improve the educational process in accordance with educational legislation, it is necessary to take into account the opinion of stakeholders. In the article, the author presents the results of a survey of parents of students in rural schools concerning social partnership in education. Taking into account the opinion of participants in educational relations is a significant problem for both founders and heads of educational organizations. According to the author, involving participants in educational relations in the work of public bodies and taking into account their opinion is one of the management problems, the solution of which will ensure information openness and democratization of the educational process.

Abstract

The article notes the importance of the formation of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values in the context of the activities of children's public associations. The definition of the concept of "children's public association" is given, its educational potential is characterized. Children's public associations contribute to the formation of traditional Russian values, if appropriate mechanisms are implemented, therefore, the author sets a goal: to identify and briefly characterize a set of mechanisms for increasing the educational potential of a children's public organization. Based on the analysis of various sources, a definition of the concept of "mechanism" is proposed, various grounds for classifying mechanisms for organizing the activities of children's public associations are considered (by scale of implementation, by duration, by the number of subjects of influence). The following groups of mechanisms for organizing children's associations are also distinguished and characterized: psychological and pedagogical, socio-pedagogical, organizational and pedagogical, scientific and methodological, financial and economic, personnel, legal. The complex nature of the mechanisms and their interrelation are noted. Special attention is paid to pedagogical mechanisms that ensure the development of children, their relationships with the outside world, as well as increase the activity and socially significant focus of the children's association. There are general (which are used in the activities of all organizations) and specific (variable, variable pedagogical) mechanisms of activity of associations. A brief description of variable pedagogical mechanisms is given, a particular manifestation of which are pedagogical tools (subject-oriented technology, child-adult associations, project and volunteer activities, etc.). The relevance of the interaction of children's public organizations with the family is emphasized.

The article examines the problem of developing general and supra-professional competencies of students in the system of professional education. The development of professional and supra-professional competencies in master's students of pedagogical universities should be carried out taking into account the specific student's failure, eliminating the educational deficit in a certain area. The system of professional education should adjust programs, including both classical and innovative technologies for training future teaching staff.

During the research conducted over more than thirty years, it was possible to identify universal hierarchical historical and technological patterns and to reveal the potential of Baltic amber as a resource for the formation of the Amber Scientific and Educational Tourism Cluster (ASETC) of the Kaliningrad Region. Its creation is relevant because soon the returning participants of the "special operation" will have to not only restore their health, but also receive a high-quality education in demand by the modern economy, and get a job as highly qualified employees outside the country's militaryindustrial complex.

The main directions of state border policy implemented in the Kaliningrad region in modern geopolitical conditions caused by a special military operation are considered. The issues of coordination and interaction between federal executive authorities, regional authorities and local governments are analyzed and individual recommendations for their improvement are proposed, which will make it possible to more effectively protect the state border and implement state policy in this area.

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the indicators of personal competence in time and academic motivation of law students participating in the annual educational intensive of the international summer school "Future Lawyers: Essential Skills to Success", held at Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. The educational intensive of the international summer school includes narrowly focused profile programs that allow law students to master specific professional skills in a short time. Analysis of the data of an empirical study conducted before and after the implementation of the educational intensive showed that the substantive content of the classes and the organizational and methodological foundations of the summer school contribute not only to the formation of their professional and communicative legal skills, but also to positive shifts in the development of law students' competence in time (time management abilities) and the development of a harmonious type of motivation for educational activities, as well as positive dynamics in reducing amotivation.

Abstract

The article describes and analyzes the potential of Russian national culture code as a material for enriching the educational environment of RFL students. Authors revealed the possibilities of relying on the national culture code (NCC) to promote the development of secondary linguistic personality qualities in foreign students as well as foreign language (Russian) image shaping. This perspective of a cultural attitude has been identified and justified. The connection between the culture image development and the presence of a value attitude towards it, including the cognitive, affective and activity-based components of the attitude has been analyzed. A scientific, theoretical and methodological substantiation of the product developed by the authors based on the CNC material is presented – the electronic course “Linguistic and cultural space of Russia. Module for the RFL course: A2-B2". Procedure data and course test results are provided. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and test data it was concluded that the introduction of this course into the study of RFL enriches both the subject aspect of the educational environment and the social issue, since it becomes the content of interaction between teacher and student and among students. Thus it ensures updating systemic aspect of environmental enrichment.

The use of simulation technologies in the learning process has a positive effect on the learning and teaching process, increases the effectiveness of the applied aspects of the educational aspect. The use of simulation technologies in training contributes to the successful management of the educational process. Maritime universities are faced with the need to rethink and restructure the learning experience in order to provide education appropriate to the level of development of the maritime industry. One of the ways to achieve this goal is the widespread introduction of intelligent educational technologies into the educational process. Attention to the organization of ergatic educational environments through the use of intellectual technologies is understandable, since there is an additional opportunity to provide the industry of intelligent shipping with specialists capable of coping with modern technological tasks. The proposed article is devoted to the aspects of the intellectualization of maritime education and shows the main issues associated with the introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies into the educational process, as well as proposals for their effective use. The article considers the relationship between intellectual educational technologies and the professional environment in the marine environment.

This article examines the issues of nurturing such qualities as curiosity and interest in cognitive activity in a preschool child. The importance of the family in the formation of the child's personality, as well as a number of important qualities necessary for his normal development in the future, is considered. Kindergarten is considered as a tool for educating parents in the upbringing and formation of basic cognitive qualities in a child. This article deals with the use of professional methods and techniques of painting in the technique of “collage” in order to apply them in creative work to master the culture of color, its specificity and expressive possibilities. The authors propose a stage-by-stage recording of all stages of work, as well as theoretical, analytical substantiation of the results obtained. The authors emphasize the expediency of studying collage technique in the context of its historical evolution, in which spontaneity, impulsiveness and some provocation reflected the spirit of expressionistic thinking of the epoch.

The article discusses the use of neural networks in the system of secondary and higher vocational education. The main functional capabilities applicable in the educational process are listed. The key positive and negative aspects of using artificial intelligence in vocational education are analyzed. The use of the Gamma neural network in compiling presentations and reports and, in a promising direction, expanding the functionality to support other formats of educational materials, such as video lessons and teaching aids, are considered in detail. Digitalization in education opens up a huge range of opportunities to improve the learning process and enrich the experience of both students and teachers. The introduction of neural networks in vocational education has more advantages than disadvantages. The balance between digital technologies and classical teaching methods can be the key to the transition of vocational education to a new stage of development.

The role of intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence of a foreign language teacher in a higher educational establishment is discussed in the article because of the growing impact of the digitalization adverse effects upon the emotional sphere of subjects of the educational process. It is mentioned that the transfer of communication into the digital sphere as well as the integration of digital technologies into the learning process may have negative affect on the development of the emotional intelligence of both teachers and students. It may affect the success in the chosen carrier. The special characteristics of the subject “foreign language” are being considered by the authors as the means of the development of the student’s emotional intelligence and creating of positive emotional atmosphere during the lessons. Ways of implicit and explicit expression of positive and negative emotions of the learning process participants are described in detail. Since the process of a foreign language learning implies close inevitable direct interaction ‘teacher-student’ and ‘student-student’, the stereotypes of emotional behavior occur (appear if already acquired) in the communication subjects. They may not positively affect the process of obtaining knowledge, skills and abilities. So the features of sanogenic and pathogenic thinking in the structure of emotional intelligence are focused on in the article. The examples of the pathogenic thinking expression of students during the lessons are described. Using the retrospective review method of the formation of the concept ‘emotional intelligence’, the structure and the types of emotional intelligence of a university teacher and his/her role in the process of the effective interaction between a teacher and a student are revealed.

The article discusses the issues related to the transformation of the traditional model of didactics into a digital one in connection with the ongoing process of digitalization of the education sector. The views and opinions of scholars on the possibilities and potential of digital didactics are presented. Based on these, the study suggests what the future of digital didactics in modern educational science may be and analyses studies that support this assumption. Additionally, the study examined the position of the fourth element, "digital technologies and digital environment," in various graphical representations of the digital didactics model.

The article presents an analysis of some aspects of psychological and pedagogical support for dysfunctional families, as well as a justification for the possibilities of changing the unfavorable situation that has developed in them. An analysis of the existing practice of working with this category of families is presented, the need for organizing systematic and targeted work with such families is emphasized. An important area of activity can be the development of effective programs of psychological and pedagogical support aimed at strengthening and preserving the mental health of the younger generation, the formation of value guidelines for the spiritual and moral development of children and adolescents, the development of a system of social and pedagogical support for dysfunctional families. Constant social and pedagogical support, monitoring changes in the functioning of dysfunctional families, feedback from specialists provide conditions for consolidating the results obtained, becoming effective forms of work with this category of families.

The article describes scientific approaches (functional, personal, personal-activity) to the consideration of psychological and motivational components of an individual's readiness for professional activity. The analysis of the existing views of scientists and specialists on various aspects of an individual's professional readiness for activity, its structural components is presented, the importance of forming the psychological and motivational component of readiness for professional activity in the process of preparing students at a university is emphasized. The article discusses the features of constructing an information space in historical and pedagogical research. Information technologies play a significant role. The article examines the modern challenges faced by military personnel in urban environments, particularly concerning shooting at unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The relevance of the topic is driven by the increasing use of drones for surveillance and combat missions, which renders them difficult targets for traditional shooting methods. The author emphasizes that successful engagement of UAVs requires not only high shooting skills but also excellent physical training, including coordination, reaction speed, and endurance. It is established that the integration of fire and physical training is key to developing the necessary skills. The article highlights the main groups of physical exercises aimed at improving reaction speed and movement accuracy and discusses the importance of competitive and auxiliary training methods for motivating cadets. Furthermore, the author underscores the need for constant updating of knowledge and skills to keep pace with rapidly evolving technologies. Emphasis on training methodology and periodic assessment of cadets' preparedness is viewed as a fundamental aspect of successful service in modern conditions.

The main task of military pedagogy is the high-quality training of military specialists who will be able to organize high combat readiness of all parts of the army in order to ensure the military security of the state and protect the Homeland from an external aggressor. The article reveals the role of interactive technologies in the conditions of integration of cadets in the educational process. The modern process of military training requires both a teacher and a cadet to constantly take a creative approach in order to form integrated knowledge, military professional skills and abilities among future military specialists through interactive technologies. Interactive learning technologies are aimed at observing democratic communication between cadets, the ability of cadets to communicate with others, reasonably express their own thoughts and the ability to listen to the interlocutor to make decisions independently and think creatively.

The non-linear and diachronic nature of the formation and development of various indicators of a responsible attitude among cadets of a military university was revealed in the process of military socialization. The data obtained can help military psychologists in further studying the level of subjective control of future officers, as one of the important aspects of personal regulation [7;17;18] of professional activity.
