This scientific article examines the effectiveness of using cloud technologies in the context of increasing the intellectual abilities of students. We analyze modern education strategies, including cloud platforms, and propose solutions to optimize the learning process. The impact of cloud technologies on the development of critical thinking, creative skills and problem-solving ability is discussed. The problems and challenges associated with the use of cloud technologies in education are also addressed, and recommendations for overcoming them are proposed. The study is based on a review of existing teaching practices, as well as an analysis of the results of experiments and research in the field of educational technologies.

The article discusses the issues of risk management in maritime education. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that currently the risk is mainly assessed only empirically, which is not a reliable tool for assessing pedagogical risks. In this regard, methodological approaches to risk assessment based on the principles of separation and integration of areas of responsibility have been developed.
The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the subjective approach in the professional training of future teachers. The results of pedagogical reflection of professional tests of students-future teachers in the field of inclusive education are presented. An issue is raised related to the problem of assessing the development of students'competencies in the process of their professional training at the university.
The formation of students' ecological awareness in an educational environment organized by means of pedagogical methodology in the pedagogical space of a technical university determined the directions of the research search.
At present, a new branch of pedagogy - pedagogical engineering - is actively developing. It is based on the fact that the learning process should be built on the pedagogical design of the educational product, on such a "fusion" of educational and modern digital technologies to provide this process with the greatest efficiency. But we believe that in addition to pedagogical engineering as a scientific branch and a new discipline already studied in some universities, it is necessary to organize on its basis a systematic training of future teachers for basic and additional professional education.
An analysis of the effectiveness of using interactive technology (cases) to improve the quality of training of 3rd year students of the specialty 20. 03. 01 “Technosphere Security” was carried out as part of the study of the discipline “Supervision and control in the field of security”. Cases have been developed that are based on real problems in the field of supervisory activities and involve a paradigm shift in the consideration of applied problems in the “Inspector-Individual/Legal Entity-Judge” system. In order to assess the effectiveness of including cases in students’ practical work, testing was carried out before and after the implementation of interactive technology. The results of processing testing data made it possible to identify an increase in the level of mastery of the material for some students (male students) by 48.5 %, with a parallel slight decrease in the indicators for some students (female students) by 2.8 %. It has been established that case methods can improve the quality of knowledge transfer and assimilation for a significant part of students – 50 % of students. Based on the results of assessing the effectiveness of using interactive technology (cases), a conclusion was formulated about the prospects of using the approach in educational activities.

The article discusses training technology and its application in vocational education. The main stages of training are explained: from personal experience to active experimentation. Various types of training technologies and their subtypes are considered depending on the purpose, number of participants and delivery method. Since training technology is not the only method of organizing the educational process, the advantages of using training in the classroom are explained.
The Article validates the feasibility of teaching od separate disciplines in the field of higher education majoring in construction using reference to the cases (situations), that have taken place as a result of erroneously made decisions at the different stages of buildings and facilities life cycle. The examples and tasks are given to offer to the students for interaction and development of their own critical thinking, feasibility of integral application of the acquired knowledge under conditions of real life situations.
The article examines the problems that arise in the work of a university teacher in the context of reforming the higher education system, associated with the phenomenon of professional identity in the context of reforming the higher education system. An attempt has been made to identify factors of teachers' dissatisfaction with their position in society. The author makes an assumption about the possibility of threats of loss of professional values, the emergence of professional deformation of teachers as teachers in the process of implementing the main tasks of professional activity, loss of subjectivity and professional identity.
The article is devoted to the study of the features and content of the professional approach in education. The problem of determining its essence and implementation in professional activity is actualized. The structure of the approach is revealed and its main stages are highlighted. Thecomposition of researchers who also publicized key aspects of the project approach is being clarified. Special attention is paid to the concept of "project", its meaning and role in the educational field. In education, the project implements many functions, thanks to which it is possible to move from ideas to actions, carry out cognitive activities and organize each stage throughout the educational process. Possible errors concerning the project approach are characterized: in the practice of vocational education institutions, its application is observed as the use of someone else's experience, thereby highlighting the "fake uniqueness", and quite often the project approach is implemented incombination with problem-based learning. In order to avoid these distortions, the article presents a set of topical issues that are created for the effective implementation of the project approach in the professional activities of teachers. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the direct and primary connection between employees and the presented approach, its role in the formation of future qualified specialists.

The article describes the experience of teaching Russian as a foreign language at KSTU, problems and difficulties in teaching foreign students; characterizes the methodological foundations of teaching Russian as a foreign language at a university; presents the means and methods of language training for foreign students; outlines ways to solve problems in the training of graduates of a technical university.
ПОДГОТОВКА НАУЧНЫХ КАДРОВ В РОССИИ И ЗА РУБЕЖОМ
The purpose of this article is to identify the nature and degree of influence of cultural factors on the formation of social intelligence of future specialists. The norms and values accepted in the social environment were considered as cultural factors. The content of students' social intelligence, its structural components, as well as the degree of influence of cultural factors on their formation were determined. For this purpose, the article compares the content of social intelligence of students of higher educational institutions with the characteristics related to the qualities of the "messianic personality". This is spiritual and innovative consciousness, personal traits of the original and modern human type, a creative approach to activity, etc. It has been determined that the gender factor also influences students' abilities for logical thinking, the formation of independent decision-making skills and the level of emotional intelligence. Self-assessment of the level of social intelligence in students is quite high.
It is advisable to analyze scientific research in any field in retrospect of the issue under consideration, to correlate modern problems with its historical prerequisites and on the basis of this to trace possible trends in its development. Retrospective analysis is one of the main scientific methods for conducting historiographical analysis. The article examines the chronology of events in the field of training specialists in information protection, which allowed us to identify six stages of the formation and development of this problem in pedagogical science and practice, to determine the features and main directions of training future specialists in the field of information protection in Russia and abroad, identifying correspondences in the development of the national information protection system and the content of modern training of specialists. Based on the conducted retrospective analysis, it was revealed that the change in the requirements for ensuring information security is due to the level of development of information technologies, and the stages of training specialists are related to the real situation of their demand in the process of ensuring information security.
The article depicts the indicators of reaching the maturity of legal competence during the training of military students at the maritime higher educational institution. The criteria of maturity of professional legal competence are defined for the would-be ship’s command staff specialists.
In the article, the author, based on an analysis of materials from a survey of students and cadets of KSTU and BFFSA, examines patriotic views of students and draws conclusions about the corresponding opinions. The survey conducted made it possible to monitor the development of the personal qualities of a citizen-patriot. This study will help university lecturers, university teachers of History, Philosophy and of the foundations of Russian statehood to find the most effective methods and forms of pedagogical work within the framework of the taught disciplines in order to carry out effective patriotic education and have a positive impact on the worldview, axiological, value attitudes of modern students. Based on the results obtained, appropriate adjustments can be made to the educational plan of the university.
The article depicts the indicators of reaching the maturity of legal competence during the training of military students at the maritime higher educational institution. The criteria of maturity of professional legal competence are defined for the would-be ship’s command staff specialists.
The article describes the features of student life satisfaction in the process of forming a value-semantic professional self-concept at a pedagogical university, as well as their relationship. The article also highlights an overview of available research in the field of understanding the categories of "life satisfaction", "youth values", "value-semantic professional self-concept" and presents the results of a study of pedagogical university students on these parameters.

Personality development along with learning is one of the most important components of training within a higher education institution. The subject "Foreign language", taking into account certain conditions of its implementation, is able to contribute to the personality development of students. The paper presents the results of the implementation of the model of formation of students’ professional and moral awareness by means of the subject "Foreign (English) language" within the "Applied Mathematics and Information Science" field of study. It is emphasized that while focusing on achieving the learning goals of the subject, the teacher needs to focus on the goals of students’ personality development.
The article analyzes the results of the regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren in the discipline "Law" in 2023-2024, the authors conducted acomparative analysis of the results of competitive works of 9th grade students. The authors of the work have proposed recommendations in the framework of additional preparation of students for the Olympiad in the discipline "Law", which, of course, is an important contribution to the development of legal education of schoolchildren.
The urgency of creating and maintaining the environment of foreign language communication in the university community with the reduction of "contact" types of work on foreign language in the curricula for non-linguistic specialties requires the use of modern approaches and technologies, as well as interdisciplinary solutions in training for the formation and improvement of foreign language competence of future professionals. The article reveals the peculiarities of perception and use of professional vocabulary in English, analyzes typical lingua cultural errors according to the results of testing of 257 students, on the example of the discipline Foreign Language for Customs Specialists.
The paper examines organizational and pedagogical aspects of interaction between teacher and students in distance learning conditions. Organizational aspects include the need for strict adherence to curriculum, administrative support, use of modern technology, and training for both teachers and students. Pedagogical aspects include the development of key competencies in students, such as focus, mutual trust, mutual assistance, systematic communication and the use of a variety of learning modalities. An example of the structure of a lesson in higher mathematics ("Differential Equations") is presented, where organizational aspects are discussed, such as the preparation of educational material and the creation of a learning environment, as well as pedagogical aspects, such as targeted learning, mutual trust and mutual assistance, systematic communication and feedback, and the use of a variety of learning modalities. The methodological support of the training session is also considered, including basic concepts and definitions, educational material and online resources.
New methods of training crew members for fight a fire are being considered, based on the experience of chief officers and masters who have an experience of fire on a ship in reality. The collected analysis of incidents showed that today's methods of fire fighting characterized by scheduled duties between the crew are not effective, and are not implemented in an emergency situation. The proposed methods of practical training are aimed at reducing panic, rational use of crew forces and knowledge of special ship technical means of fire fighting.
The article deals with the problem of the formation of the artistic culture of architectural students in the process of performing a fantasy composition. The authors consider the possibilities of developing these qualities when mastering the main professional disciplines of Drawing and Painting and coloristics in accordance with the standard of higher education. During the analysis of the literature, the authors consider the concepts of fantasy and composition, clarify the concept of fantasy composition, identify effective ways to form the artistic culture of architecture students using effective methods such as associative exercises, exercises for the transformation of forms and images, stylization and creation of a decorative image; creative tasks and projects to create fantasy compositions on various topics.
This article is devoted to the issue of the multisensory approach to foreign language teaching and developing vocabulary skills. The use of the multisensory approach at English classes implies acomplex activation of multiple sensory canals, which guarantees the better teaching performance. This article includes a set of tasks designed on the basis of the multisensory approach and also reveals the results of the pilot testing.
The article deals with the specifics of teaching grammatical structure of the German language. Particular attention is paid to the use of mnemonic techniques designed to facilitate the processes of perception and memorization of new information, as well as to facilitate the usage of already studied grammar rules. Mnemonic techniques used when working with the category of gender of nouns, temporary forms, the morphological structure of lexical units of the German language are described separately.
The article presents an analysis and prospects for the application of intelligent technologies in the field of education. In the study, the author made an attempt to experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the use of intelligent educational technologies in the training of marine engineers and transport logistics specialists. The experimental search work on the use of intelligent educational technologies (IOT) in the context of educational platforms Google Meet, Discord, EIOS in the course of training in the discipline "Freight forwarding services" is summarized.
The article considers the method of reinterpretation and actualization in graphic design. The role and importance of this approach in the modern world and development trends. To date, the problem of preserving the cultural code of the population remains unresolved and requires an up-to-date approach. The tendency to rethink the legacy of the past is considered through the prism of the possibility of this method to positively influence the generation and further development of new ideas within the framework of an overabundance of information. The fact that it is the reinterpretation of hereditary forms that makes it possible to create original design concepts based on existing ideas is actualized.

Neural networks are mathematical models that simulate the functions of the human brain. Using such a tool as a neural network allows you to significantly improve the educational process, make it more effective in modern realities, increase the cognitive activity of students and provide an opportunity for the development of creative potential. This article describes the advantages of neural networks in their application in the educational process, as well as provides examples of their use in teaching.
The analysis of scientific publications on the problem of organizing independent work of students and using the electronic information and educational environment is presented. The elemental composition of the system ensuring the formation of conditions for the implementation and control of independent work using the electronic information and educational environment is determined. Examples of using the electronic information and educational environment for organizing and monitoring independent work of students in MADI and AGZ EMERCOM of the Russian Federation are given.
ЗДОРОВЬЕСБЕРЕГАЮЩИЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ
Actual problem is to strengthen the health of students by means of physical education. The solution of this problem is impossible without knowledge of general physical preparedness (GPP) patterns of modern students. The importance of this information is emphasized by the need to strengthen the health of the younger generation, which is directly related to effective work in various areas and military service. The purpose of the work is to investigate the factors of health preservation that influence motion readiness dynamics of students of non-core universities. The results of the conducted studies convincingly indicate a significant deterioration in GPP indicators of modern studentscompared to their peers 11 years ago. New data have been obtained that male students and less female students of the 2020/2021 academic year are inferior to students of the 2009/2010 academic year in the level of development of basic physical qualities at GPP testing. At the same time, the pace of their improvement is about the same, both for male and female students. It was found that COVID19 pandemic did not have a negative impact on the level of GPP indicators’ development of students in 2020/2021 academic year.
The relevance of the problem of personal resilience in modern conditions is beyond doubt. This article analyzes and summarizes the concept of resilience as a necessary condition for ensuring human life. An overview of modern psychological research is presented, in which resilience is defined as an integrative characteristic of a personality responsible for its success in overcoming various life difficulties and problems. Attention is focused on the professional resilience of specialists in socionomic professions as an individual's ability tocomplex forms of psychological self-regulation that preserve internal balance, somatic health, and success in stressful situations. An overview of psychodiagnostic tools is presented, which allows to assess the level of resilience of specialists.
The phenomena of self-actualization and time perspective are considered as important components in the development of students' personality. The issue of psychological adaptation of young people to life crisis events is actualized. The results of an empirical study of the relationship between the time perspective and self-actualization of students in conditions of partial mobilization are presented.

The article presents the characteristics of psychological predictors of the readiness of civil aviation personnel to counter terrorist threats. An analysis of the existing practice of training civil aviation personnel is presented, the need to introduce into the educational process of training aviation personnel a system of psychological and pedagogical support for aviation personnel in the process of professional training to counter terrorist threats, which will be focused on increasing the psychological readiness of future specialists in the field of countering terrorism and extremism, is substantiated. The importance of training aviation personnel in profiling technology in the system of psychological and pedagogical support for the training of specialists is emphasized.

The article analyzes the importance of the methodological aspect in teaching the course of general physics at the university, which is still given insufficient attention. The role of this component in the formation of students' ideas about the physical picture of the world, as the dominant element of the scientific picture of the world, is emphasized. The methodological requirement for the presentation of methodological issues of physics is considered. Examples of the presentation of these issues in the course of physics are given. It is noted that the formation of the personality of a specialist, as self-sufficient and capable of self-development is not possible without the study of methodological problems.
This article provides a description of laboratory work in mechanics devoted to determining the coefficient of friction of contacting surfaces. The novelty of this work lies in the fact that the experiment is accompanied by observation of surfaces through a digital microscope. This work is a worthy addition to the park of experimental works of the Physics Department of the Technical University.
The article deals with the first steps of the famous philosopher Immanuel Kant in the field of natural sciences. The formation of the scientist in his student years took place under the influence of professors of the University of Königsberg Martin Knutzen and Johann Gottfried Teske, who saw the future genius in their student. The scientific legacy of the philosopher, who was the founder of the theory of the structure of the Universe, which was later adopted by famous astronomers, is difficult to redefine. The anniversary of the famous scientist is a suitable occasion to talk about this property of world culture.

The article discusses the use of communicative approach in teaching English to cadets at military universities. Today, the communicative approach is an effective way to learn a foreign language. It is focused on the communication situation. Its important advantage is the ability to overcome the language barrier.
The presented article examines innovative ways to develop military education in the context of digitalization and digital transformation. Specific technical solutions have been proposed to increase the efficiency of future officers' mastery of military-technical specialties. The pedagogical experience of using the designed library of 3D-models of military hand-held small arms in the officer training system is summarized and presented. This library is described in detail and its place in the structure of the electronic educational environment of a military educational organization of higher education of a law enforcement agency is highlighted. The logical sequence of studying a sample of military hand-held small arms in the system technical description – 3D-model – real sample is revealed. The positive aspects of using the developed library in the preparation system are highlighted. Directions for further development of the structural component of the electronic educational environment of a military educational organization are proposed.
The article considers the possibility of using active teaching methods, such as business games and a round table, in the educational process of the military institute, discusses the stages of preparation and scenarios, provides examples of the use of these technologies in laboratory classes in the discipline «Chemistry», at a scientific and technical event of the Faculty of Artillery Armament.

The article presents the essence and content of educational self-organization of college pedagogical specialties students. Modern education today is focused on creating conditions conducive to self-expression and self-realization of the individual, awareness of one’s significance and potential, and the desire for personal and individual-professional development. Entering the profession and reaching professional maturity, a young specialist is faced with the need to constantly improve his activities. Modernization of educational content and technologies is aimed at various processes of self-development, including the process of educational self-organization of the individual, which is considered key to human development. Practice shows that students do not have enough skills in self-organization, and their knowledge of educational self-organization is fragmentary.
A critical analysis of the works of domestic and foreign economic scientists who studied the problems of economic development is carried out. The approaches to development ("evolutionary" and "revolutionary") are described, as well as the peculiarities of the influence of extensive and intensive factors of production on agricultural production.

A brief excursion into the history of the study of the problem of emotional intelligence (hereinafter – EI) by domestic and foreign researchers is carried out; the essence of EI is clarified, its content and components are disclosed; the application of discussion in the development of EI in adult learners is described. The necessity of relaying the practice of using active teaching methods to optimize the educational process at all levels of education is substantiated. The principles, parameters, and criteria of effective discussion in additional professional education are described.
