The authors of the article substantiate the need to prepare higher education teachers for effective professional activities in the digital environment and for the implementation of the educational process in a new format. The article shows the possibility of using big data methods to analyze the readiness of teachers to use digital technologies in the educational process. It is proposed to use these methods for informed decision-making in the process of organizing and designing the content of programs of additional professional education and IT success of teachers.
The theory and practice of ensuring the stability of educational systems in conditions of variability of factors determining the characteristics of its state are considered. Financial and economic stability is the most important characteristic of educational activities, characterizes its volumes and results, reflects the ability to further develop. A prerequisite for the sustainable development of the educational system is its management stability.
The article examines the dynamics of the formation of value orientations of children and adolescents in a transitive society, analyzes the specifics of their manifestation in the educational process of the subject area «Fundamentals of the spiritual and moral culture of the peoples of Russia» aimed at forming the civic identity of children and adolescents in a changing society. The main problems of educating value foundations in a moral crisis are revealed, and they depend on the activity of the child himself in the process of social interaction and on the influence of socially negative content of various antisocial groups on him. Special attention is paid to the phenomenon of ethnic egoism, social deprivation of personality and psychosocial isolation, its acceptance of the quasi-reality of the virtual world. A number of methodological problems are considered that determine the need for fundamental changes in the training of teachers, social educators, and social workers who are competent in determining and fulfilling realistically achievable tasks of social education in countering the influence of an antisocial subculture, in personal and social development based on a socio-pedagogical and dialogical approach. The article analyzes the practice of prevention of social and criminal risks and psychological and pedagogical support and support in crisis situations based on subject-subject interaction.

he formation of the qualities of a “highly moral personality” in future teachers is one of the key directions of the educational process in the Russian Federation. The problem of the formation of spiritual and moral personality in the process of professional training of students is considered; a model for educating a spiritual and moral personality in the process of professional training of students is presented; The main blocks and principles necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the process of educating a spiritual and moral personality in the process of professional training of students are described. This model of spiritual and moral education of the individual in the process of professional training of students was developed taking into account the following approaches to education: axiological, competence-based, personal-activity, humanistic.
In the article, national and international models of linguists' competences are considered and analysed to determine the position and structure of functional-pragmatic competence among other competences of specialists in the field of professional language education and translation studies. Two main components of functional-pragmatic competence along with their further components are defined. The components of the analysed structural models are reflected in the transformed model of functional-pragmatic competence and are synthesised into its components. Consideration and analysis of the models of the competences of a linguist in the field of national and international scientific research allows to present the transformed model of the structure of functional-pragmatic competence of linguists.
The problem of forming the professional culture of a teacher training university student through the means of traditional art is considered. The literature is analyzed in the context of the basic concepts of “professional culture of a teacher”, “professional culture of a teacher in art education”: the potential possibilities of traditional art are revealed, which through semantic signs reflect ethnogenetic and historical-cultural connections, contribute to the formation of a student’s professional culture Pedagogical University.

Statistics show that the frequency of accidents and incidents related to groundings, collisions and spills is 0.03-0.07. The fact indicates that today a fairly high level of training of masters in the field of navigation and ship management has been achieved. At the same time, the frequency of incidents during processing and cases of poor-quality cargo transportation are estimated at 0,42-0,35. The paper discusses the issues that need to be considered in the courses «Technologies of cargo transportation» to improve the theoretical training of future captain's assistants and the formation of their competencies in the field of cargo handling, placement and transportation.

The article is devoted to the study of the content and features of the professional activity of a higher school teacher. The problem of differentiation of directions, content and features of professional activity of a pedagogical worker of the higher education system is actualized. The structure of the activities of the teacher of higher education is highlighted. The composition and content of the tasks of professional activity are clarified with the clarification of their intersection. The features of the professional activity of a higher school teacher are characterized, among which: the dependence of the content of professional activity on the level of activity of the teacher, the degree of his involvement in social processes, the dynamism of the requirements that are imposed on the teacher in the organization of his work, the dependence of professional activity on the specific features of the university, its orientation, strategic development objectives and the level of guidance guidelines, connectivity with the level of professional competence, high level of academic mobility in the implementation of labor functions. According to the results of the study, the conclusion is made about the direct relationship of the content and features of the professional activity of a higher school teacher with each other, which determines the professional development of a teacher and the possibility of improving the environment for the implementation of professional activities.
The article analyzes the pedagogical conditions for improving the effectiveness of extracurricular activities of university students in the context of implementing the concept of continuing education and attracting students to scientific and research work. The problem that arose in connection with the decrease in the adaptive potential of first-year students is indicated.
This study reveals the importance of mentoring in vocational education and reveals the relevance of the mentoring system in the modern educational environment. The advantages of the student-to-student mentoring model, based on the principles of voluntariness, awareness and acceptance of a certain role and many unifying factors, were also identified. The work highlights the main tasks in the interaction between a mentor and a mentee and concludes that the format of informal interaction makes it possible to motivate mentees to consciously acquire a future profession.
ПОДГОТОВКА НАУЧНЫХ КАДРОВ В РОССИИ И ЗА РУБЕЖОМ
The purpose of the research is to analyse the children's collective as a psychological and pedagogical phenomenon and the environment of ethnocultural education implemented by a teacher of an additional education institution. The relevance of the study is determined by the development trends of the world community of the twenty-first century, in particular in the field of education. As a result of the study of literary sources (A.S. Makarenko, E.V. Saraeva, V.E. Baranov, Y.V. Lisitsyn and others) the known definitions of the term «collective» and the main features of children's collective (psychological, age, psychophysiological, gender, ethnic) are considered. Separately, the paper presents a description of the stages of formation of children's collective as an environment of ethnocultural education in ECE centres. As a result of the analysis the pedagogical tools of ethnocultural education of children's collective members are presented and characterised.
The author of the article examines the mentoring system in various historical periods and highlights the features of the development of mentoring in Russia throughout its history. The author argues that the phenomenon of mentoring in Russia, its different understanding and interpretation is due to the characteristics of historical stages: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and post-Soviet. Particular attention is paid to the modern understanding of the problems of mentoring as an effective way of education, training and education.
The problem of cultural identity has received a new interpretation in recent years due to the expansion of intercultural ties, both within the country, between representatives of different ethnic groups, and between countries with different cultural codes. The article examines the concept of cultural identity, its formation in the process of inculturation and the participation of cultural identity in the process of intercultural communication. The article presents data from a survey conducted among students, aimed at studying the attitude of young Azerbaijanis towards their own and other cultures, the importance of intercultural communication and intercultural competence.
As a result of the study, it was found that the introduction of digital tools contributes to the development of communication skills, the acquisition of experience in establishing contacts, and successful adaptation. Modern digital technologies have the property of flexibility and variability, so working with them allows you to take into account the personal characteristics of specific groups. This allows you to create a special educational space in which the capabilities of each subject are taken into account.
The article examines the features of pedagogical work as part of social work with older people; summarizes the theoretical review of domestic research on the problems of social adaptation of older people; focuses on the importance of education of the older generation as a factor of active longevity. The necessity of professional competencies of specialists in social work in the field of andragogy, the search for new educational technologies taking into account the age audience is emphasized. The experience of the Moscow Longevity project is presented, which promotes self-realization, self-organization, and social activity of older citizens.
The article discusses the practice of using the case method as a didactic tool for training management personnel, ensuring that the professional knowledge and skills of employees meet modern production requirements. The practice of its use in a specific organization using both traditional teaching methods and Internet technologies is described. The types of educational and methodological support of the educational process intended for management level employees are listed. It is assumed that the use of cases, as an opportunity for creative understanding of real or simulated problematic socioeconomic or business situations, ensures the professional development of the personality of a modern specialist in the system of advanced training and additional education and contributes to the formation of readiness to make independent decisions in non-standard professional conditions.
In the article, the author, based on an analysis of materials from a survey of students and cadets of KSTU and BFFSA, examines patriotic views of students and draws conclusions about the corresponding opinions. The survey conducted made it possible to monitor the development of the personal qualities of a citizen-patriot. This study will help university lecturers, university teachers of History, Philosophy and of the foundations of Russian statehood to find the most effective methods and forms of pedagogical work within the framework of the taught disciplines in order to carry out effective patriotic education and have a positive impact on the worldview, axiological, value attitudes of modern students. Based on the results obtained, appropriate adjustments can be made to the educational plan of the university.

Klimov's classification of professions is proposed and the classification of multicomponent models of professions based on the combination of various professional subtypes with their description is presented. Presented examples of multicomponent models of professions of sociognomic type of professions.

The scientific article reveals the theoretical and methodological features of the formation of life safety competencies in the context of contextual learning at a University college, the requirements of competencies in the field of the formation of a culture of life safety of students are presented and disclosed, as well as one of the main forms of student activity – educational and professional activity is described.
The problem of the development of compositional skills of students during the execution of the landscape is considered. In the article, the authors analyze the literature and clarify the concept of «compositional skills by means of landscape». Consider the potential possibilities of the landscape and its features (diversity, multi-object, perspective). Based on the conducted research on the formation of the qualities of students, they reveal a low level of development of compositional skills by means of landscape. For an effective process, the authors consider the sequence of using a number of pedagogical methods (analysis of artists' works, exercises, collaging, creative tasks) on specific examples.
The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of the introduction of interactive technologies into the educational process during lecture classes within the framework of the formation of competence of economic culture and financial literacy among students of technical fields of training. The approbation is presented on the example of familiarization of students in the master's degree program of the Kaliningrad State Technical University in the field of training «Construction» with the basic principles of the functioning of the economy and economic development in the context of financial planning in the field of construction and housing and communal services within the framework of the course «Organization and management of industrial activities».

The problem of formation of students' ethno-artistic competencies by means of ceramics is considered. In the article, the author analyzes the literature in the context of the basic concepts of «ethno-artistic competencies», «ethno-artistic knowledge». Examines the history of the development of the art of ceramics of different ethnic groups, its potential possibilities in the formation of ethnic and artistic competencies of students of art specialties. Research papers (essays, term papers) can become an important stage of this process. During the implementation of research projects, students need to be able to analyze the products of ancient ceramists using the morphological method of analysis, which involves the identification of morphological properties characterizing the product, methods for obtaining certain types of clay, modeling techniques, firing, decoration.
The problems of the development of artistic perception by means of synesthesia are revealed. The concepts of «perception», «artistic perception», «synesthesia» and «synesthesia in art» are considered. It has been revealed that logical thinking begins to take the lead in adolescent children, which prevents them from thinking figuratively. Synesthesia acts as a means to determine the level of artistic perception of adolescents, their ability to understand the author's idea and to create their own artistic image based on inter-sensory associations and perceptions.
The article considers the possibility of using interactive teaching methods using the example of the «brainstorming» method in the development of the disciplines «Chemistry» and «Explosives and ammunition», shows the integration of the disciplines of natural science and professional cycles in the study of the topic «Qualitative analysis of cations», demonstrates the possibility of using the form of education discussed in the article in the discipline of the professional cycle.
The article discusses the concepts of «digital art» and «Digital Art» as a type of fine art. The difference between Digital Art and other areas of contemporary art, its role in the modern world and development trends. The necessity of using this course in modern professional training of designers is actualized.

The problem of using digital technologies in the process of teaching mathematics is discussed. On the one hand, the inclusion of such technologies is aimed at optimizing educational activities that contribute to the rapid achievement of results. On the other hand, the technical capabilities of technologies that ensure the speed of performing mathematical operations and the final result remain hidden to students and do not provide an idea of solving methods. The concept of “digital capabilities” is considered; analysis is being carried out.
The level of development of the career guidance system for students in the context of digitalization in higher educational institutions is considered. The results of the study indicate that modern teachers are interested in implementing career guidance activities and actively use them in their activities.
The article is devoted to the process of digitalization of higher education: advantages, disadvantages, digital competence of a foreign language lecturer, his/her role in digital transformation of the educational process, analyzing attitude of the participants of the educational process to cyberspace and digital technologies usage (grounding on the survey of the technical university students).
The article offers a new approach to studying the history of Mezen fishermen, taking into account modern trends in the digitalization of education. The work highlights the process of digital transformation of the educational system and the problem of introducing gamification methods into teaching; provides an overview of currently existing computer educational (training) games in Russia and abroad; describes the creation process and characteristics of the computer game “Arctic-GO!” The article may be of interest to researchers involved in regional history, economics and education, as well as to practitioners involved in the development of fishing and education in the Russian North.

The problems of interaction between categories of recipients of social services in social service institutions are described; inclusive living of orphans and children without parental care who have a tendency to deviate behavior, together with normotypical children.
As a result of the nutrition monitoring, it was revealed that the number of students eating 2-3 meals a day in 2022 is 1.6 times higher than in 2020. It was revealed that the most frequently consumed meal among students is dinner in both years of the study, the number of students eating breakfast is also unchanged – 58 %, at the same time the number of students eating lunch increased by 7 %. It was also revealed that in 2022 the number of students eating meat, poultry and fish daily increased (by 28 %), dairy products (by 12.6 %) and fruits (by 9.3 %), but the number of students eating vegetables daily decreased by 8.8 %. In the 2022 study, it was revealed that among students who have free three meals a day, the quality of nutrition is much higher than that of ordinary students, which indicates the impact of subsidies on the quality of students' diets. Based on the results of the conducted research, a database was registered (Certificate of state registration of the database No. 2023622395).
The article analyzes and summarizes the experience of work on psychological correction of children and adolescents who have received mental trauma as a result of their parents’ divorce. In particular, the experience of American and European psychologists, their methods and approaches is examined, and various techniques and methods of work of local psychologists are also explored. It is noted that the relationship between teenagers and their parents is influenced by such factors as the level of socio-economic development, the nature of the relationship between husband and wife, standard of living, and social environment. These relationships can be regulated both with the help of special methods and by creating appropriate conditions (an established life, treatment of somatic diseases, involvement in socially useful work, etc.).

The article substantiates the need for an interactive lesson on the prevention of drug-usage within chemical and biological disciplines. The main questions that are providing of the polylogue within the disciplines of «Organic Chemistry» on the full secondary education level and «Chemistry of biologically active substances» are given. The conclusions on the impact of prevention measures on the formation of anti-drug resistance in students are made.

The article discusses the experience of student project work to create a prosopographic database containing information about the first physics teachers in Kaliningrad. The object of the study is the teaching staff of the Department of Physics at the Kaliningrad State Pedagogical Institute in the period from 1948 to 1966. The subject of the research is the process of emergence, formation and development of physical education at the Kaliningrad Pedagogical Institute. The database contains information about the socio-demographic characteristics, competence and research activity of physics teachers at the Pedagogical Institute. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time a comprehensive assessment of the pedagogical and scientific heritage in the field of physics, left by several generations of employees of the pedagogical institute, was carried out. The database will be useful to students, teachers and anyone interested in the history of education.
The components of spatial thinking are considered, including the perception of spatial relationships, the representation of three-dimensional objects and the operation of spatial concepts. Various types of stereometric tasks are analyzed, their characteristics are identified, which form the theoretical basis for organizing activities. The components of spatial thinking in the process of solving stereometric problems are identified. Examples of stereometric problems are given with a description of their specific features. The role of solving stereometric problems in the development of spatial thinking in high school students has been determined.
The article presents a system of universal competencies in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard 3++ for students in the field of study 20.03.01 «Technosphere Safety» as well as and competency achievement indicators. The author's vision of assessing the level of competence formation in terms of «know», «be able», «own the skill», taking into account the specifics of teaching the discipline «Physics» is presented. The tasks are given, in the course of which universal competencies are formed and at the same time the level of their formation is assessed in physics classes at MADI and Civil Defence Academy of Emercom of Russia.

The article identifies and analyzes the problems that make it difficult for schoolchildren to study geometry in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of basic General Education. Attention is drawn to the need for practical applicability of knowledge in geometry. Special emphasis is placed on the formation of students' competence in the field of geometry, including cognitive, functional, motivational and personal components. The importance of developing educational and methodological support aimed at the formation of students' competence in the study of geometry in grades 5-6 is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the strategy of forming geometric competence and the development of students in this field.
